All sales are final. Because each item we create is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your design details, spelling, and order information before approving your proof or completing checkout. Once production has started, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

 If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.( info@4sbradingco.com ) We’ll gladly make it right by repairing or replacing the item as quickly as possible.
